"I brought Benji, my 1 year old labradoodle here for the 3 week boarding & training program. I called for an evaluation and met with Ashley and Linda. I expressed my concern with Benji, him acting in an aggressive manner. During the time there I did not feel rushed. They both took the time to answer my questions and discussed the best solution for Benji. I received a tour of the facility and loved seeing how happy the dogs were and how clean and spacious the facility was. After 3 weeks of training I am still at WOW with the turn around Benji has made. His trainer Bo (so grateful for him) kept me updated with Benjis progress and was sent pictures & videos during that time. I went for the mid evaluation and was able to train with Benji on the techniques he had learned. It’s been a week now since he has been home and I am so glad I made the decision with the training! We are now able to go on peaceful walks without Benji reacting an aggressive manner or have fear towards any other dogs/people. HUGE THANK YOUUUU! "We came to k9 Nanni after our sour patch kid puppy Finn got kicked out of 2 other daycares! He loves to jump and plays a little too rough sometimes. "Service: Board & Train. We went in quite worried that it would be difficult to resolve some of the leash aggression & issues we had with Sophie (Goldendoodle puppy) excitedly lunging at friends and strangers. Sophie is a very friendly puppy, but given her size going above 60lbs, we needed to resolve it asap. Review: To summarize: The results were unbelievable - we couldn't be more thankful to Linda! Linda and all the staff at K9 Nanni were phenomenal in how they took care and trained our Sophie. Linda treated us and Sophie like family. Over the two weeks at K9 Nanni, she kept us up to date via videos and even invited us half way through invited us out to go through some of the progress. Linda listed to our concerns and really worked hard with Sophie. It's been two weeks now since Sophie has returned home, and we still cannot believe how well she is behaving. SOme of the highlights: 1. She's amazing with people, young and old alike. She sits gracefully while people pet her. She even plays fetch with our two year old nephew! 2. Her walking is focused and listens to commands right away, even when around other dogs. This was the biggest change in behavior for Sophie. Simply amazing! 3. Her recall at dog parks was non existent before, now (with some additional tips from Linda afterwards) is perfect. 4. At home we can comfortably have people over while Sophie sits in "place", where previously when she got over excited she had to be crated and whined a lot. "Service: Board & Train. We have a 2-year Golden Retriever that has a unique fear of garage doors. He would not walk past the doors at all making living in Hoboken extremely difficult. After trying several different trainers and techniques, we decided to check out K9Nanni after reading all the positive reviews. Ashley gave us a tour and we knew immediately that she would be able to help us. We decided to go with the 15-day board & train and we were not disappointed. Ashley worked with our dog everyday sending frequent updates and constant communication. The progress we saw happening within the span of a few days was truly unbelievable. We once believed that E collar training does not work for anxious dogs. Not only has it worked for our dog but it has completely helped him transform into the happy carefree dog that he should be. Once the board and train was over, Ashley continued to come to our house, sometimes even twice a day, to help him transition back home in Hoboken. We are so impressed by the experience we had at K9nanni. Not only is their facility gorgeous and clean but never once did we question our dogs safety. We couldn’t be more thankful for what Ashley helped us achieve with our dog. This place is 100% worth every penny. K9 Nanni has been wonderful for us! We originally were looking for a place to socialize our pup that also had boarding for when we might need it. We found that and more with K9Nanni. Our pup Quincy was having issues with impulse control and not listening in general, pulling on walks and eating everything off the street. Linda assessed the situation and we agreed on the board and train program using an ecollar. He came home a much calmer puppy. We are thrilled with the results. He now stays in his place, walks without pulling/eating everything, and listens so much better. It’s been 3 weeks since he came home. Every day we work on his skills and every day he’s getting better. We loved working with Linda. The team at K9 that picks up/ drops off Quincy and watches him at daycare is great. The exercise and socialization he gets there makes him a happy dog. The facility is spacious and clean. We recommend their services highly.

"Ashley trained our pup Milo for 2.5 weeks and did an amazing job. She was incredibly welcoming, a great teacher for both Milo and us when we picked him up, and an all around caring human. You can tell how much she loves her job and how serious she takes it while still having so much fun and creating a great bond with the dogs. She constantly sent training videos, pictures, and plenty of updates to ensure we were comfortable (this was the longest we’ve ever been away from him). If you ever need a training service we HIGHLY recommend Ashley!!! "I had a vacation planned and was looking for a place to board my dog Jo, but I was worried because she is a bit rambunctious and I didn't feel comfortable leaving her with just anyone. I wanted to do so at a facility that offered training, too. After combing through reviews for several different board and train options in and around Jersey City, I decided to go with K9 Nanni and I'm so happy that I did! My girl was anxious around other dogs, and while she knew her basic commands, she was stubborn and selective with when she'd follow them. Linda and Ashley at K9 Nanni took time to explain their process to me and were communicative the whole way through. Jo stayed with them for two weeks and Ashley worked day in and day out to make sure Jo was getting the most out of her time there. She texted me with constant updates and videos showing Jo's progress, and when I went to pick her up at the end of her stay, she worked with me to teach me how to maintain Jo's new routine. She even offered to keep in touch should I have any questions or anything come up. I'm so appreciative to K9 Nanni for helping my girl fine-tune her skills, and look forward to boarding Jo there again any time I go on vacation!!"

"I highly recommend Linda and the K9 Nanni team to all pet parents. My corgi Mickey has been there for play dates and boarding, and he absolutely loves it. He comes home happy and tried every time. He is hence more calm and not at all destructive because he gets all the socialization and exercise he needs at k9 Nanni. Mickey also just came back from Linda's board and train program for his severe resource guarding issues. My finance and I were both bitten (yes blood) several times to a point there was no trust. Mickey didn't trust us enough to not guard and we didn't trust him to not bite and be his pack leaders. As a result, regardless of what we tried, Mickey was relapsing constantly. He was outright aggressive when there's food, water, even snow. Anything he valued. Linda took Mickey for two weeks, and Mickey really had come a long way. Linda sent videos of Mickey's progress frequently and was always available via text. After week one when we visited Mickey at K9 Nanni, he was letting us touch his food. Linda also came to our place after Mickey's training to make sure we had everything we need and were prepared to work with Mickey from there on. This is probably the best investment we made for Mickey. If ever you are in doubt and think your dog is just "untrainable", reach out to Linda!!!!!"
