K9 Nanni, a full-service pet center located in North Arlington, New Jersey. K9 Nanni is the brainchild of Linda Solana who believes pets need 3 things to be healthy and happy: exercise, discipline and love.
All three are offered here at K9 Nanni whether boarding your dog for a length of time, just for the day or training classes for new pet owners.
Our pet center has 12,000 square feet of fenced in outdoor space and 3,500 square of indoor space. We offer a variety of care for your dogs - whether it is day care, boarding, walking, or training.

Aggressive or antisocial dogs are NOT permitted to come for daycare/boarding
For transportation pick up is between 8am-10am, Drop off between 4:30pm-6pm. No transportation provided on Weekends. Holidays or inclement weather.
Dogs over 8 month of age who are not neutered/spayed will not be admitted, unless attending here as puppies
All reservations made same day or between 10pm-6am is considered a last minute request. All last minute requests will be charged a $10 late fee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I would like to tour the center. When can I come?
Tours for the center are done on Saturdays & Sundays between 11am & 1pm. Tours are limited to 20 minutes and a reservation must be made with us via email or over the phone. We do not accept walk-ins for tours.
What do I need for my dog to start services at K9 Nanni?
You will need to fill out an online registration form and profile. You will also need to upload copy of your dog's vaccination records to your profile and put a credit card on file.
In what areas do you service pick up/drop offs?
We provide pick up and drop off services to Hoboken, Harrison, and parts of Jersey City for an additional fee. If you are interested in pick up/drop offs and want to know if we provide transportation services in your area, please email us at k9nanni@gmail.com.
What time do you pick up/drop off?
Our Transportation pick up hours are between 8am and 10am and Drop off hours are 4:30pm to 5:30pm. These times are subject to change, depending on weather and traffic.
What vaccinations are required?
The following vaccinations are required:
Rabies Distemper, Bordetella, Canine influenza and flea and tick prevention
*It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure his/her dog has all the updated vaccinations and MUST provide updated records to K9 Nanni, LLC
How do packages work?
We offer many different which are prepaid. Your package does not start unless payment is received prior.
How do I schedule dates for my package?
All package playdates and walks are booked online. At the end of each day we will apply the package credit.
How do I pay for services?
You may purchase all packages online with the credit card on file. Please understand that all online purchases will include a 3.5% credit card surcharge fee. Please contact office for alternative payment method. All individual services will be charged at the end of each day. All late payments will incur a $10 fee for each day it is past due.
What are K9nanni’s Hours?
K9nanni is open from 7am-7pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends. For late pick up we have a fee of $20. Late pick up for weekdays are until 8pm and for weekends are until 6pm. Front office hours are 8am to 5pm. If you need to contact us before 7am or after 5pm please send us an email. Office hours are closed from1:00p.m- 2:00p.m.
Do I need to provide keys?
We require two sets of keys for playdates and dog walking. Please check and make sure the copies work on your lock(s). However, if you live in a building with a concierge, we will be more than happy to acquire a key from your building and returning it after service is completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made online by 10pm the night before. If not a $10 fee will incur.
All boarding cancellations must be made within 14 days for deposits to be used as credit toward your next service.
Any boarding cancellations that are made within 24 hours full rate applies.
I want to board my dog. Can I have some additional information?
For dogs boarding with k9 Nanni, we require the same shots as day care (Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper and Canine Influenza). We also require your pup’s food, specific feeding instructions, emergency contacts, medication (if applicable) instructions and the pups’ food brand. We do not allow any personal beds, blankets, bowls, or toys in our facility, instead we will provide your pup with K9nanni beds, blankets, and bowls during their stay. We also require a credit card on file for payment to be charged on the last day of your pup’s staycation.
I have just adopted a new puppy! What are my options?
We offer basic training for puppies. Most puppies need to go out every 4 hours, so we suggest to have your puppy walked twice a day while you're away at work. For example 11 and 3 or 12 and 4, depending on your work schedule. We also suggest puppy basic training as early as 8 weeks of age.
My username/password is not working. What should I do?
Email K9Nanni@gmail.com and we will send you an email to reset your username and password for you.
When should I schedule services?
Services MUST be scheduled no later than 10pm the day before services. There is a $10 late scheduling fee for any services added after 10pm for the following day.
Are Packages transferable to walks?
Packages are non-transferable. You must use your package within the designated time frame.
How do I pay for boarding?
You must have a credit card on file to make a boarding reservation. All boarding requests will require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged on the last day of boarding. All late payments will incur a $5 fee for each day it is past due.
